• TERMS OF REFERENCE - LONG-TERM AGREEMENT (LTA) WITH COMPANIES SPECIALIZED IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES BACKGROUNDSUNICEF is executing its cooperation cycle for the period 2026-2029 (CPD), and its priorities require a permanent support of the communication unit and the development of communication products, materials and actions that contribute to the results of the program. Likewise, the United Nations System (SNU) in Panama has a framework of cooperation for sustainable development umbrella for the actions of all agencies, funds and programs. Communication and advocacy are facilitators for the fulfillment of the development goals that the country has agreed upon through the CPD.To achieve These goals, the UNICEF office and other agencies of the United Nations System (SNU) in Panama will require companies that provide technical assistance in various areas of communication, advertising, marketing and organization of events that can respond to the needs that arise from the date of signing the contracts and for a period of two years (2026 - 2028), in an agile manner, allowing them to advance in the communication, advocacy and mobilization goals that we have proposed both in the work with the national authorities, local authorities, civil society counterparts, private sector allies, universities and others.
