Country: Region of Latin America and the Caribbean of Assignment/Services: 3 years Objective of the LTA: The expected result of this tender is the selection and contracting of five (5) individual consultants to provide support in services linked to public stamps. Description of the allocation: in The present, the seal has already been implemented in 14 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean and in more than 80 public institutions with 32 of them already awarded with the seal at the end of 2024, and 9 of them in the process of achieving award at the close of the first semester of 2025. The UNDP supports with assistance technique and an online tool the implementation of the program throughout the five stages of the process: 1) commitment; 2) Baseline establishment based on self -diagnosis; 3) elaboration and implementation of the improvement action plan; 4) Preparation for the external final evaluation; and 5) External final evaluation and awards ceremony.
