Expression of Interest are invited for Establishment of A Maritime Bunkering Hub of Green Hydrogen and Derivates in Panama. Issue Date and Time: Aug 11, 2023 Closing Date and Time: Aug 21, 2023 The Objective of this Consultancy is to Support Panama-s National Strategy for Green Hydrogen and Derivatives Implementation by Assessing the Strategic Options and Viability for Panama to Become a Maritime Bunkering Hub of Green Hydrogen and Derivates for Shipping. Specifically; This Consultancy will Contain the following Two Components: (I) Supporting the Preparation and Design of a Master Plan for a Green Hydrogen and Derivatives Hub; And (Ii) Conducting Pre-Feasibility Studies from a Technical; Safety; Environmental/Social; Regulatory; Financial; And Economic Perspective for Ports in Panama. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000. Offeror's Proposal and Contractual Documents will Remain Confidential and Therefore not Subject to Disclosure.
