Expression of Interest are invited for Emission Projections and Impact Assessment - Development of Carbon Pricing and Mitigation Instrument Description The objective of this consultancy is to develop studies on GHG Emissions Projections, studies for implementing GHG emission limits and offsets as well as an Impact Assessment of Carbon Pricing Instruments. The consultancy will help identification of the largest emitters in key sectors in Panama and inform the process to move from voluntary to a mandatory compliance of the Reduce Your Footprint Corporate - Carbon program. This activity will also identify the sectors with the greatest mitigation potential, so that they can be promoted and prioritized under the offset mechanism of the MNCP. The activity will also help understand cost-effectiveness of different carbon pricing instruments and the possible overlaps between them, to avoid the risk of double counting.
