Description:
The World Bank is seeking a firm to support in developing the MNCP by:• Supporting the definition of operational parameters for the MNCP, including the definition of mitigation objectives; GHG gases; sectors/activities; and organizations covered under the voluntary and mandatory phases of the MNCP.• Supporting the definition of additional MNCP-s regulatory requirements and operational parameters, such as: Emission reductions property rights, security protocols, and long-term strategy/roadmap.• Define the composition, rules and procedures for the operation of a committee of experts that will provide technical guidance to MiAmbiente on the design, implementation and operation of the SNCP. This will include the definition of roles and participation of the CONACCP and other relevant actors.• Explore the need to establish an additional high-level committee for relevant decision making under the MNCP.
