Description:
The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Technically accompany the National Institute of Vocational Training and Training for Human Development (INADEH) of Panama in the preparation of a characterization report of the microelectronics processors sector, including a brief review of its policies and sectoral situation, as well as in the design of a profile professional corresponding to level 4 of the National Qualifications Framework of Panama. This profile will serve as the basis for the formulation of a Labor Competence Standard linked to the “Applied Microelectronics” course. The consultancy also includes the preparation of the curricular design of the course, in accordance with the methodological guidelines of INADEH and the competency-based training approach.
