- Dear Bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The external collaboration consultancy with the ILO has The objective is to support the strengthening of the Training Center of the National Inspection Directorate of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development, specifically to strengthen the role of labor inspectors through the review and updating their profile of functions and responsibilities, as well as recognizing the trajectory and experience of officials through a competency certification process. In this sense, the general objective of the consultancy is strengthen and update the capacities of officials who perform labor inspection functions, with special emphasis on functions linked to inspection in matters of safety and health at work, in order to improve effectiveness, quality and coherence of its work. The consultancy will be carried out between March and July 2026, culminating with agreed instruments and their support in launch and dissemination events. All products must verifiably integrate the gender perspective and attention to vulnerable populations, ensuring technical coherence, social dialogue and alignment with ILO standards.
