PART I - Object of the present call to submission of services1. Context1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and well -being of all boys and girls, in everything they do. TENDER; Agreement in the long term2.1 The purpose of this call for submission of services is inviting to submit proposals to requestProposals for the signing of an LTA for the leasing services of multifunctional impression equipment and maintenance service for the regional office, as detailed in the mandate/detail of the works attached in Annex B.2.2 The UNICEF wishes to arrange: a) one or several agreements toLong term not exclusive (s) for the provision of services in order to acquire the services detailed in the call for submission of services proposals that are occasionally needed during the period of validity of the long -term agreement of provision of services. One of the clausesFrom these agreements he will have UNICEF will not be obliged to commission a minimum of these services.
